Position: Telesales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads received through various sources.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
- Explain pricing, features, offers, payment options, and other relevant details.
- Convert qualified leads into appointments and sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update customer information, call details, and follow-up status in CRM/records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for site visits, meetings, and further negotiations.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely follow-up.




- Prepare daily/weekly call and sales reports.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle sales targets and pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English; additional languages will be an advantage.
- Prior telesales/telemarketing experience is preferred.
