Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to handle incoming and outgoing calls, follow up with potential clients, explain our digital marketing services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and an interest in sales and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business owners.
- Handle enquiries generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google, website, WhatsApp, and other lead sources.
- Understand the client's business requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Explain digital marketing services such as:
- Social Media Marketing
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- SEO
- Website Design & Development
- Branding & Graphic Design
- Lead Generation Services
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Convert enquiries into appointments, meetings, or qualified sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Update lead details in CRM, Excel, or the company's lead management system.
- Coordinate with the sales and digital marketing teams for client requirements.
- Build good relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Follow up with existing customers when required for additional services or renewals.

Required Skills




- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer requirements.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and decision-makers.

Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Digital Marketing Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Support will be preferred.

Preferred Experience 0–2+ Years

Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency, Web Development Company, Advertising Agency, or IT Services Company will be an added advantage.
