We are looking for a well-spoken, confident, polite and patient-focused Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing patient calls and help increase appointments and patient footfall.
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Telegu, English, a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to confidently explain our MRI, CT and Pathology services in a simple and professional manner.
This is a patient-facing communication role, so communication quality and personality are extremely significant.
