Job Title: Telecaller Executive (Team Lead)
Salary & Hours:
Part time: ₹18,000/month (4 Hours/day)
Full-Time: ₹25,000/month (7 Hours/day)
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound/inbound calls and clear customer queries smoothly.
Guide, manage, and motivate team members to achieve daily targets.
Provide training to new joiners on process scripts and communication skills.
Quickly learn product details, updates
Requirements
Good communication and leadership skills.
Quick learner with a positive, target-driven mindset.
Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
