About the Role

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and experienced Tele Caller – Sales Executive to connect with prospective customers, generate qualified leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and contribute directly to sales conversions.

The ideal candidate must have good English communication skills and must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Follow up regularly with leads and enquiries to drive conversions.
- Coordinate with the field sales team and dealers for customer visits and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/MIS.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Reconnect with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Collect customer feedback and market information.
- Prepare regular tele-calling and sales reports.

Eligibility & Skills

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Sales.




- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.
- Experience in agriculture, tractors, automobiles, machinery, or related industries will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate: A confident and articulate sales skilled who can communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, build customer relationships over the phone, consistently follow up on leads, and is motivated by achieving sales targets and earning performance-based incentives. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
