Hare Krishna Arts is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, connecting with potential customers, generating business leads, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
- Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Identify customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth operations.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
