Join Encube Ethicals, a global leader in topical pharmaceutical formulations, and be part of our Technology Transfer team, supporting Derma/Topical product technology transfer, PDL/MS&T; activities, and manufacturing execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate Technology Transfer activities for Derma/Topical dosage forms in collaboration with PDL, MS&T;, Manufacturing, QA, QC, and other CFTs.
- Support technology-transfer documentation, process GAP assessment, and technical discussions for recent and transferred products.
- Monitor submission/engineering batches during execution and ensure timely resolution of technical and documentation-related issues.
- Support PDL/MS&T; activities related to process understanding, scale-up, process transfer, and manufacturing execution.
- Initiate and coordinate Change Controls and support preparation/review of Batch Records and validation/verification protocols.




- Support Process Risk Assessment and stability protocol review for transferred products.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and QMS requirements throughout technology-transfer activities.
- Support introduction of new process technologies and ensure projects are executed within defined timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile -

- B. Pharma / M. Pharma.
- 4-7 years of experience in Derma/Topical Manufacturing, Technology Transfer, PDL, or MS&T;.
- Strong understanding of topical/dermatological dosage forms and manufacturing processes.
- Working knowledge of Technology Transfer and PDL/MS&T; documentation and activities.
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, Change Control, Batch Records, Process Validation/Verification, and Risk Assessment.
- Exposure to stability studies and ICH stability conditions.
- Experience with US/EU regulatory markets will be an advantage.
- Strong technical documentation, coordination, and cross-functional communication skills.
