Role Description The Technical Trainer role at Ethnus is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Technical

Trainer will design and deliver technical training programs on emerging technologies, ensuring that learners gain practical, job-ready skills. Daily responsibilities include planning training schedules, creating and updating instructional materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, and assessing learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects. The role involves providing individual support and mentoring, gathering feedback to improve training quality, and collaborating with other trainers and stakeholders to align course content with industry requirements.

The Technical





Trainer will also contribute to curriculum enhancement and participate in internal meetings and training initiatives to continuously improve teaching methodologies.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in technical training domains, including experience as a Technical Trainer and in Technical Training program delivery.
- Proficiency in Training & Development, including designing curricula, developing learning materials, and evaluating training outcomes.
- Effective Communication and Training skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Solid understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., software development, cloud, data, or other relevant domains) and hands-on experience in at least one area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in emerging technologies are an advantage.
- Experience delivering instructor-led training in academic or corporate environments, preferably to early-career professionals or students.
- Strong classroom management, facilitation, and mentoring abilities, with a learner-centric approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate within a team, and adapt training content to evolving industry trends.
