Role Description As a Technical Team Lead at Stockinvesta, you will oversee a software development team responsible for building and maintaining core platform features and services. You will coordinate project planning, assign tasks, and guide technical decisions to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Your day-to-day work will include reviewing code, troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring team members, and collaborating with product and design partners to refine requirements. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, structured coordination, and ownership of delivery timelines across distributed teams.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to coach, motivate, and organize a high-performing technical team.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to plan sprints, manage priorities, and coordinate cross-functional deliverables.
- Candidates should possess advanced Software Development skills in up-to-date programming languages and frameworks relevant to web-based and data-driven applications.
- Candidates should possess expert Troubleshooting skills to diagnose production issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading remote or distributed engineering teams in a fast-paced product environment.
- Familiarity with financial markets, trading platforms, or data analytics products is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, ability to make informed technical decisions, and commitment to inclusive, collaborative work practices.
- Must have PMP or Scrum Certification
