Role Description The Technical Sales Host role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves welcoming visitors and clients, managing front-desk interactions, and providing transparent information about Refnic’s technical solutions and services.

The Technical Sales

Host supports the sales team by handling inquiries, coordinating appointments and meetings, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and reservations.



Daily activities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, guiding visitors to the appropriate teams, and ensuring a professional and organized reception area. The role also involves assisting with basic sales documentation, preparing meeting materials, and contributing to a positive, service-oriented environment for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and visitors.
- Transparent and confident communication skills, including polished phone etiquette for handling calls and inquiries.
- Experience managing reservations, appointments, or schedules, with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, and administrative teams to support technical sales activities.
- Prior experience in front-office, hospitality, or customer-facing roles; experience in industrial or technical environments is an advantage.

- Solid organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with basic office software (email, calendars, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn internal systems.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, communications, or a related field preferred.
