Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu (Onsite)

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT candidates for US-based clients.

Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and match candidates with job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and understand candidate skills, experience, and visa status.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients/vendors.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Work with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate offers when required.
- Meet daily and weekly submission/recruitment targets.
