About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic US IT Staffing Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This offers hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and talent pipeline management. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

- 1+ years of experience.
- Source potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist recruiters in managing open positions across various departments.
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track candidate activity metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Experience working on FT, W2, C2C C2H roles

Required Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or campus recruiting experience.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, or other recruiting platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Interest in IT staffing, Engineering recruiting, Healthcare staffing, or Professional Services recruiting.

During this internship, you will gain experience in:

- Full-cycle recruiting and staffing processes.
- Candidate sourcing strategies and Boolean search techniques.
- Interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- ATS and recruiting technology platforms.
- Talent pipeline development and workforce planning.
- Employer branding and recruitment marketing.
