About the Role

Comptech Associates Inc. is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience working with US clients/US Staffing and be comfortable working in a night-shift environment supporting US-based requirements.

Candidates must currently reside in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess technical background and overall suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.




- Work closely with the US recruiting/account management team to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
- Follow US staffing/recruitment processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Technical Recruiting is mandatory.
- Experience working directly on US client requirements .
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment process and hiring lifecycle.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Comfortable working in a US night-shift environment .
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
