Role Description The Technical Program Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bhopal Area. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing technical learning programs, including DSA, system design, frontend, backend, and DevOps tracks, ensuring that curriculum, milestones, and assessments are delivered effectively. The specialist will work closely with mentors, instructors, and placement teams to schedule sessions, track learner progress, collect feedback, and optimize program outcomes.

Daily tasks include monitoring program performance metrics, supporting learners with program-related queries, preparing reports and documentation,



and collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve AI mock interview and training workflows. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with partner colleges and organizations, assisting with campus training logistics, and contributing to continuous improvement of technical and placement programs.

Qualifications

- Program coordination and management skills, including experience organizing technical training or educational programs and tracking learner or participant progress.
- Familiarity with software engineering fundamentals such as DSA, system design, and at least one of frontend, backend, or DevOps concepts, with the ability to communicate these topics clearly to learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with mentors, instructors, engineering teams, and external partners.
- Analytical and reporting skills, including comfort with using data and basic tools (e.g., spreadsheets, LMS or CRM systems) to monitor program performance and generate insights.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple programs or cohorts simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in edtech, training, campus programs, or career services is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced environment with a learner-first mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
