About Us

Keystone Laboratories LLP is a Pune-based civil engineering testing laboratory. We provide testing services for concrete, cement, sand, aggregate, soil, bitumen, and steel, and we also support NDT.

We are preparing for NABL accreditation as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the process.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the lab's NABL accreditation process end to end: documentation, application, assessment and closure of non-conformities.
- Prepare and maintain the Quality Manual, SOPs, test methods, formats and records as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and Management Review Meetings.
- Handle equipment calibration, measurement uncertainty, method validation, and PT/ILC participation.
- Oversee the calibration and testing of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Conduct concrete, soil, and NDT tests with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supervise testing staff,



review and authorise test reports.
- Train lab personnel on test procedures and quality systems.
- Coordinate with NABL assessors and clients on technical matters.

Job Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of calibration, calibration testing, and NDT inspection techniques.
- Experience with concrete, soil, and NDT testing is essential.
- Educational qualification: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering, or M.Sc. (with relevant lab experience) from a relevant discipline.
- Must have personally handled NABL accreditation (initial or renewal) for a lab.
- Internal Auditor training/certification in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (preferred).
- Robust documentation, communication and team-handling skills.
