About the Role

AIVIDA is looking for a hands-on Technical Lead – Full Stack to lead the development of scalable web and mobile healthcare applications and guide the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead web & mobile application development.

Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Golang.

Lead frontend development using Next.js & TypeScript.

Manage databases, cloud deployment, CI/CD and integrations.

Design secure, scalable system architecture.

Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.

Troubleshoot technical and production issues.

Required Skills

Mandatory: Next.js, TypeScript, Golang, REST APIs,



PostgreSQL, Redis.

Positive to Have: React Native/Flutter, AWS/Azure, Docker, CI/CD, Microservices.

Candidate Profile

5+ years of relevant software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience in Next.js & Golang.

Experience in technical leadership and team mentoring.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

HealthTech/SaaS/Startup experience is an advantage.
