- Produce joinery shop drawings: plans, elevations, sections and 1:1 or 1:5 construction details for wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, wall panelling, doors, reception desks and loose furniture.

- Develop design-intent sketches and 3D views from the design team into fully dimensioned, buildable drawings.

- Annotate drawings with the materials, finishes, edge details and hardware specified by the TFD design team, with explicit references to the finishes schedule. The draftsman does not select or specify materials.

- Prepare cutting lists and bills of material where the project requires them.

- Reconcile drawings against site measurements and photos supplied by the Dubai team before release, and flag missing dimensions early.

- Coordinate interfaces with MEP, lighting, ceilings, flooring,



stone and glazing so joinery integrates without clashes.

- Review contractor and joinery-factory shop drawings against TFD design intent and mark up deviations.

- Revise drawings from client, consultant and developer comments, and keep a clean revision log and drawing register.

- Deliver every drawing package to TFD project schedules and deadlines, and follow TFD CAD standards: layers, title blocks, sheet numbering and PDF export.

- Join scheduled video reviews with the Dubai design team, and travel to Dubai for site or factory visits when TFD arranges it.
