Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Engineer role based in Gwalior.

The Technical

Engineer will oversee and support plant operations, ensuring equipment reliability, process efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities may include monitoring production parameters, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating maintenance activities, and assisting in the implementation of process improvements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cement manufacturing performance.





The Technical

Engineer will also contribute to compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering and ability to apply these skills in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience with plant operations, process monitoring, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems used in heavy industry or cement production.
- Knowledge of maintenance practices, safety standards, and quality control procedures, with a focus on reliability and uptime.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and process documentation, and prepare clear operational and incident reports.
- Proficiency with relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, basic industrial automation or SCADA systems) and data analysis for operational optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline).
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across production, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gwalior and adapt to a fast-paced, continuous-process manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in cement, construction materials, or heavy industry is an advantage, along with familiarity with environmental and safety regulations.
