About Us

We are growing our Data & AI practice, which delivers cloud data platforms, data modernisation and migration, analytics and AI-enabled engineering for global enterprise clients. You will work in cross-functional teams on long-term engagements, using contemporary cloud technologies and AI-assisted engineering practices. Location: Bangalore

Role Summary

Runs data and AI engagements day to day plan, people, risks, stakeholders and scope – and bridges business needs and the engineering team.

Experience

Delivery Manager 12+ years 5+ years delivering data platform, migration or analytics projects; 2+ years in business analysis / product ownership

Roles & Responsibilities

- Own plan, milestones, budget, risks and status reporting
- Run agile ceremonies, steering meetings and phase gates
- Capture requirements and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog
- Manage client dependencies,



change requests and scope
- Coordinate UAT, change management and knowledge transfer
- Track delivery metrics, including AI-assisted productivity

Mandatory Skills
- Delivery of data / cloud projects
- Agile and stage-gate delivery; RAID and change control
- Requirements analysis and backlog management
- Stakeholder management across multiple teams
- Working knowledge of SQL and cloud data concepts

Nice to Have
- Marketing technology / customer data domain
- AWS data services awareness
- Commercial and contract management

Also Expected Clear communication with remote client stakeholders across time zones; Comfortable using AI coding and productivity tools, and reviewing AI-generated work critically; Agile ways of working; ownership and accountability. Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe; CSPO or CBAP (plus).
