Role Description The Technical Content Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on producing clear, accurate, and engaging technical content that explains DrapCode’s healthcare solutions, infrastructure, and compliance capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching product features and industry trends, writing and updating website copy, blog posts, documentation, and marketing assets, and collaborating with developers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to ensure content accuracy.

The Technical Content

Writer will help shape content strategy, organize and maintain a content calendar,



and optimize materials for readability and consistency with brand guidelines. This role also involves proofreading and reviewing content for quality, aligning messaging with regulatory and security requirements, and supporting demand generation and customer education initiatives.

Qualifications

- Content creation skills, including Web Content Writing and Writing, with the ability to explain technical and healthcare concepts in a clear, structured manner.
- Strategic content skills, including Content Strategy and Research, to plan topics, understand audience needs, and align content with business goals.
- Quality assurance skills, including Proofreading and attention to detail, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style and compliance guidelines.
- Robust understanding or interest in healthcare, health-tech, or SaaS products; familiarity with HIPAA, security, or compliance topics is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
