Job Title: Technical Assistant – Sales & Coordination

:

- Conduct and coordinate internal and external meetings with customers and different departments.
- Provide technical and system-related support to the sales and management team.
- Coordinate for EOT Cranes and other technical engineering products.
- Handle pre-sales and post-sales enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with different departments after receipt of customer orders for smooth order processing.
- Follow up with Engineering, Production, Purchase, Dispatch, Accounts and other concerned departments.
- Coordinate payment follow-ups and communicate with customers/departments on behalf of management.
- Send payment reminders and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Support the sales team in customer coordination and enquiry follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding enquiry, order status, delivery and payment.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, follow-up reports and management reports.
- Track pending activities and send timely reminders to concerned departments.
- Ensure proper coordination between Sales, Technical, Production, Accounts and other departments.




- Provide overall administrative and coordination support to management for technical/sales-related activities.

Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should have experience in technical coordination, sales support, engineering products or industrial/technical business.
- Knowledge/experience of EOT Crane, Material Handling Equipment or Engineering products will be preferred.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Soft, humble and professional communication is significant.
- Should be comfortable communicating with customers and internal departments.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and email communication.
- Should be organized, responsible and capable of handling multiple follow-ups simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in technical coordination, sales support, engineering products or industrial equipment preferred.
- Experience in EOT Crane / Material Handling Equipment / Engineering industry will be an added advantage.
