Role Description This is a full time, on-site Team Member – Compounding role based at the Plastics Division in Coimbatore. The role involves operating and monitoring compounding equipment for plastic materials, preparing raw materials according to specified formulations, and ensuring consistent batch quality. A team member will follow production schedules, record process parameters, and support routine machine changeovers and basic maintenance checks.

The role includes maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work area,



adhering to quality standards and documentation procedures, and collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets. The team member will also assist in troubleshooting process issues, reporting deviations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the compounding process.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of plastic materials and basic understanding of compounding processes, including handling additives and masterbatches.
- Ability to operate production machinery, follow work instructions, and monitor process parameters safely and accurately.
- Attention to detail in inspecting materials, identifying defects, and maintaining documentation related to batches and production activities.
- Teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with shift supervisors, quality personnel, and other production team members.
- Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with quality systems and standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in plastics manufacturing, compounding, or injection molding is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification such as a high school diploma, vocational training, or technical certification in a relevant field is preferred.
