- Manage and supervise a field sales team of 4–5+ members.
- Drive daily and weekly team targets and productivity.
- Drive QR & Sound Box onboarding and merchant acquisition.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance.
- Conduct market visits and ensure effective team coordination.
- Support merchant acquisition, business growth and target achievement.
Candidate Requirements Minimum 4–5 members team-handling experience in field sales. Field sales / merchant acquisition experience. QR & Sound Box sales/onboarding experience preferred. Experience in achieving and managing team targets. Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills. Ability to manage, motivate and monitor a field sales team. Position- Team Leader
