We’re Hiring: US F&A; Team Lead

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of

10–15 F&A; associates

, including daily planning, work allocation, operational management, and issue resolution.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of F&A; processes in line with client SLAs and internal KPIs

.

- Own performance management, coaching, and career development of team members to maintain consistently high-quality output.

- Foster a culture of client-centricity, continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence

.

- Independently manage new process transitions

, including SOP development, stakeholder coordination, and execution of detailed transition plans.

- Serve as the primary communication bridge between the team and senior management

, ensuring alignment on performance objectives, operational updates, and escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in

Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

. MBA/CA/CPA preferred.





- 3+ years of progressive experience in F&A; operations, including at least

1 year of people-management experience

.

- Proven experience managing multiple transitions/projects and working with mid-size to large US-based clients

.

- Strong functional expertise across F&A; domains, including:

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- General Ledger (GL)

- Month-End & Year-End Close

- Account Reconciliations

- Advanced proficiency in

MS Excel and hands-on experience with

ERP systems

.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills

.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and client-facing environment
