Job Summary

HonorVet Technologies is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Lead / Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join our internal recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end corporate hiring within the US Staffing industry, along with experience in candidate sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment operations. This role requires managing multiple hiring requirements, potentially leading a small team, and ensuring a positive candidate experience with timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including offer rollout and onboarding.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and candidate databases.
- Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Guide and mentor junior recruiters where applicable.
- Participate in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives whenever required.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Generate recruitment reports and update hiring status regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Corporate Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, with mandatory exposure to US Staffing.
- Experience in high-volume hiring or target-driven recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, interview coordination, and candidate management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Team Lead / Assistant Manager or leading a small recruitment team is preferred.
