Responsibilities

- Specializes in debugging software using automated tests to achieve quality standards for applications, system products, and projects.

- Executes test plans to ensure program functionality and consults development engineers to address issues.

- Provides feedback for evaluation of programming languages, systems, and computation software.

- Develops, conducts, and evaluates application audits and testing processes.

- Manages a team of Professionals, more senior level Support staff, larger group of off-shore/contract resources or some combination of these groups.

- May have supervisors reporting to them.

- Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.

- Handling problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.

- Ensuring compliance policies,



and procedures are understood and followed.

Qualifications

- University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

- Preferred: Debugging software
- Preferred: Communication and stakeholder management skills

- Preferred: Assurance and quality testing; troubleshooting

- Preferred: App development/programming understanding

- Preferred: Programming languages evaluation
