About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Commercial Mandate Sales Team Lead to join our team in Kothrud, Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in commercial real estate sales, business development, client acquisition, and team management

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of commercial real estate sales executives.
- Drive sales of commercial properties through exclusive and non-exclusive mandates.
- Generate current business opportunities and acquire commercial property mandates from property owners and developers.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with property owners,



investors, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Identify potential commercial properties and build a strong sales pipeline.

Requirements

- 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, business development, or a related field.
- Prior experience in commercial property sales/leasing and mandate acquisition will be preferred.
- Proven experience in team handling/team leadership.
