We are seeking an experienced Teacher Trainer to design and lead professional development programs for our teaching staff. The ideal candidate will mentor educators, conduct classroom observations, and introduce innovative pedagogical practices to elevate teaching standards and student achievement.

Key Responsibilities

- Training &
- Workshops:

Design and conduct interactive workshops on up-to-date teaching methodologies, lesson planning, digital tools, and classroom management.

- Classroom Observation &

- Mentoring:

Observe classroom teaching, conduct post-observation feedback sessions, and provide 1-on-1 coaching.

- Curriculum Integration: Collaborate with academic heads to align training programs with the school's curriculum and learning goals.

- New Teacher Onboarding:



Lead induction programs and support new teaching staff during their transition.

- Assessment &

- Impact:

Track teacher growth, evaluate training program effectiveness, and maintain development reports.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education (B.Ed / M.Ed) or equivalent.

- Experience: 3–5+ years of teaching experience plus proven experience in adult training or instructional coaching.

- Skills: Strong knowledge of pedagogical strategies, excellent communication/public speaking skills, classroom observation techniques, and proficiency in ed-tech tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
