Recruitment Intern

HeadPro Consulting is a 15+ year-old boutique leadership recruitment firm, working with MNCs, startups and high-growth organisations.

We have been an all-women team since inception and are known for our strong work culture, hands-on learning and focus on developing recruitment professionals.

We are looking for Recruitment Interns who are curious, articulate and genuinely interested in understanding recruitment as a career.

What you will learn

This is a hands-on internship where you will learn the fundamentals of recruitment through a combination of structured training and practical exposure.

Daily learning session: 10:00 AM 11:00 AM

Training will cover

- Fundamentals of recruitment and the hiring process
- How to search for relevant candidates using recruitment portals
- Understanding a job requirement and identifying the right profile
- Candidate screening and shortlisting
- How to prepare before speaking to a candidate
- Assessing a candidate's experience, capability and suitability
- Understanding and gauging candidate interest
- Effective communication and candidate engagement
- Negotiation and managing candidate expectations
- Coordination with candidates, clients and internal teams




- Professional interaction with corporate professionals
- Understanding the end-to-end recruitment process

The remaining time will involve practical exposure to live recruitment assignments, allowing you to apply what you learn. Who are we looking for?

Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory. The ability to communicate well and interact confidently with professionals will be an advantage.

Internship Details

Work Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work from Office- Monday to Friday.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Laptop: Candidates must have their own laptop

Interview Details

Interviews are conducted every day between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
