Role Overview:

We are seeking an HR professional with strong expertise in HR analytics and business partnering. The role requires advanced Excel skills to generate insights, support decision-making, and drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Analytics & Reporting:

- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and reports (attrition, headcount, hiring, productivity, etc.)
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Automate reports and improve reporting efficiency using Advanced Excel
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting

HR Business Partnering (HRBP):

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements
- Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, engagement, retention, exit management)
- Drive performance management and talent development initiatives
- Address employee relations concerns and provide HR solutions

Process Improvement & Projects:

- Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend improvements
- Drive HR initiatives, engagement activities, and policy implementation




- Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless HR operations

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Advanced Excel expertise (mandatory): Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, data validation, conditional formatting, dashboards, basic macros preferred
- Robust analytical and data interpretation skills
- Good understanding of HR metrics and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Experience in HR Analytics and HRBP role
- Knowledge of HRMS tools and reporting systems
