Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in head hunting, company mapping, passive candidate hiring, and advanced sourcing techniques. The candidate should be comfortable using sourcing tools such as Lusha, SignalHire, LinkedIn, Naukri and AI-based recruitment tools to identify and engage relevant talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across functions.
- Conduct head hunting and targeted candidate sourcing for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Perform company mapping to identify relevant organizations and potential candidates.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, databases, referrals and social platforms.
- Identify and approach passive candidates who are not actively looking for jobs.
- Develop effective strategies for approaching, engaging and converting passive candidates.
- Use Lusha, SignalHire and other sourcing tools for candidate identification and contact discovery.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Use AI tools for recruitment, including AI-based sourcing, candidate screening, resume research, outreach and recruitment automation.
- Conduct initial screening,



understand candidate profiles and assess suitability against the JD.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback and offer discussions with candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate trackers and hiring reports.
- Develop new and innovative sourcing methods to improve quality and hiring turnaround time.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Head Hunting.
- Robust experience in company mapping and market mapping.
- Hands-on experience with Lusha and SignalHire or similar sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of passive candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Excellent LinkedIn and Naukri sourcing skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools used for recruitment, sourcing and candidate screening.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship management skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work on multiple positions and challenging requirements simultaneously.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate A strong sourcer/head hunter who can identify candidates beyond active job seekers, understands company and competitor mapping, communicates confidently with candidates.
