Role & responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.

- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and manpower planning.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, and qualified networks.

- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews.

- Drive hiring for technical, engineering, commercial, and leadership positions.

- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement until joining.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring metrics.

- Build talent pipelines and improve recruitment efficiency.
