Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting Weskill’s recruitment and candidate engagement activities. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist with sourcing potential candidates through online platforms, screening applications, and maintaining candidate databases and records. The role includes coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting the hiring process from initial outreach through onboarding assistance.

The intern will also help draft job postings, update recruitment materials, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.



This position offers exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition processes and collaboration with the HR and operations teams in a flexible, learning-oriented environment.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in talent acquisition, human resources, or recruiting, with an eagerness to learn and apply best practices.
- Proficiency in using online platforms and tools (e.g., job boards, professional networking sites, spreadsheets, and basic HR or CRM software).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with internal teams.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
- Analytical and research abilities to identify candidate profiles, understand role requirements, and track recruitment metrics.
- Professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality when handling candidate information.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or campus placement support is an advantage but not required.
