Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Recruitment professional to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle and ensuring timely closure of open positions across various levels and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure positions are closed within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network across relevant industries.




- Achieve individual recruitment targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 15 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-handling capabilities.
- Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, or other recruitment platforms will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in BFSI/NBFC recruitment will have an added advantage.
