The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional personality, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to candidate joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and professional networks.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team.
- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Work on Non-IT, Corporate, Technical and Leadership hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases and MIS reports.
- Assist with offer coordination and joining follow-ups.
- Develop an understanding of industry mapping,



talent mapping and market research.
- Support the team in achieving recruitment and closure targets.

Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates with:
- Any Graduate / BBA / MBA / PGDM - Preferred B.Tech Holder
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident and professional personality
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and learning mindset
- Career-oriented and self-driven approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office and professional email communication
- Flexibility and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities

Internship & Career Opportunity Internship Duration: Initially 3 Months

Stipend: 10,000 – 12,000 per month, based on skills and performance

Upon successful completion of the internship and satisfactory performance, candidates may be considered for a full time employment opportunity, subject to performance and business requirements.
