LANSTITUT is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team.
Location: Calicut
Experience: 1+ year in HR Recruitment
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
- Recruit candidates primarily for Marketing, Sales, and Academics departments
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads
- Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records
- Handle offer discussions and joining follow-ups
- Support onboarding and other HR activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred
