Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organizations IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, system administration, security, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and monitor Windows Server environments.

- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user accounts.

- Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365, including users, licenses, email, and security settings.

- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and basic firewall configurations.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network, and connectivity issues.

- Manage system updates, patches, backups, antivirus, and security-related activities.

- Monitor server and system performance and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.

- Manage user access, permissions, shared folders, and security policies.

- Maintain IT assets, system documentation, configurations, and network documentation.

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure requirements.





- Ensure availability, stability, and security of IT systems.

- Provide technical support to internal teams and resolve escalated IT issues.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration.

- Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration.

- Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, switches, and routers.

- Basic knowledge of firewall and network security.

- Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions.

- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelors degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure.

- Microsoft certification or CCNA certification is mandatory.

- Candidates without a valid Microsoft or CCNA certification will not be considered.

- Relevant additional certifications will be an advantage.
