Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- 10+ years of experience in Financial Services Technology, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with SWIFT payment systems and financial messaging.

- Robust knowledge of SWIFT standards, message formats, payment protocols, and sanctions screening processes.

- Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering critical payment technology solutions within a global banking or financial services environment.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end payment processing, banking operations, financial messaging, and payment workflows.

- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, Oracle/SQL databases, and enterprise application development/integration.

- Good understanding of ISO 20022 standards, including migration from legacy SWIFT MT messaging to modern MX/ISO 20022 formats.

- Strong knowledge of banking security controls, SWIFT Customer Security Framework (CSCF), regulatory requirements, and technology compliance standards.
