Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding issues with IVR systems, SIP trunks, and VoIP networks.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to call flow optimization, routing, and connectivity.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.

- Document customer interactions and resolutions in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

- 1-2 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.

- Robust understanding of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) technology and its applications.

- Proficiency in SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) protocols for voice communication over IP networks.
