- Robust knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
- Experience in procurement, purchase order processing and logistics coordination.
- Handle vendor management, shipment tracking and delivery coordination.
- Maintain inventory records and update data in ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and SCM reporting.
- Experience in client handling and internal stakeholder coordination.
- Knowledge of SLA/KPI tracking and process documentation.
