Key Responsibilities

- Managing Daily Operations: Organize daily work activities, assign tasks, and track operational deadlines to keep workflows smooth.

- Monitoring Performance: Track employee productivity, evaluate performance metrics, and provide constructive, regular feedback.

- Training and Onboarding: Guide current hires through job responsibilities, company policies, and operational procedures.

- Bridging Communication: Relay company updates from senior management to the team and report progress or challenges back to leadership.

- Enforcing Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to workplace safety standards, legal guidelines, and company rules.

- Resolving Conflicts: Act as the first point of contact for mediating team disagreements and solving operational bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
