Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the Roto Gravure Printing and Lamination Plant . The candidate will be responsible for production planning, coordination with the shop floor team, monitoring production activities, and maintaining accurate production records.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day floor operations of the Roto Gravure and Lamination Plant.
- Plan and schedule lamination production according to production requirements and priorities.
- Prepare and manage Roto Gravure printing production plans .
- Coordinate with operators and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
- Monitor production activities and ensure that work is carried out as per the planned schedule.
- Maintain proper production data and daily production records .
- Perform timely data entry of production quantities, machine output, wastage, and other relevant production details .
- Monitor machine utilization, production output, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding raw materials, production schedules, and job requirements .
- Identify production-related issues on the shop floor and escalate them to the concerned senior.
- Ensure proper discipline,



housekeeping, and adherence to safety practices on the production floor.
- Prepare and share daily/periodic production reports as required.
- Support the Production Manager/Plant Head in achieving production targets and improving operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Roto Gravure Printing and/or Lamination Plant .
- Experience in production supervision and floor management .
- Valuable understanding of Roto Gravure and Lamination production processes .
- Ability to prepare and execute production plans.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production data entry .
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers/operators and handle day-to-day shop-floor activities.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in Roto Gravure Printing / Lamination / Flexible Packaging manufacturing.
