Job Role Painting Booth Operation

Location: Coimbatore

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Painting, Chemical, Mechanical or related Engineering

Job Role:

Paint Booth Operation & Supervision

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day paint booth operations and manpower.
- Control and monitor paint booth parameters and process conditions.
- Ensure proper painting, surface preparation and finishing of components.
- Identify and control defects in painted parts and minimize rejection/rework.
- Conduct inspection of painted components as per quality requirements.
- Handle paint booth-related quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor paint consumption, production output and material wastage.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Stores teams.
- Ensure 5S, PPE, EHS and safety compliance in the paint shop.
- Maintain production and quality records.

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of industrial painting processes.




- Hands-on experience in production of painted components.
- Experience in OEM / automotive / precision engineering paint shops preferred.
- Knowledge of inspection and identification of painting defects.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint.
