Role Description The Studio Manager at Actyv will oversee front-desk operations, member experience, and day-to-day studio management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations in a premium wellness environment. This is a full-time role with a 6-day work week and requires flexibility to work studio operating hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day studio operations and ensure smooth center functioning
- Manage customers, trainers and housekeeping.
- Deliver an exceptional member experience and maintain a welcoming studio environment
- Build strong client relationships and proactively engage with members
- Support client retention and membership renewals




- Handle client queries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally
- Maintain schedules, records, and basic operational reporting

Requirements

- Based in Ranchi or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Skilled, confident, and customer-focused
- Should be fit and passionate about health and wellness
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using computer applications (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage operations independently
- Prior experience in premium hospitality, healthcare is a bonus
