Karier Academy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students about courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Maintain student enquiry records and update the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to work towards admission targets.
- Previous experience in student counselling, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.
