We are looking for a confident, energetic, and communication-focused Education Counsellor to guide parents and students regarding +2, +3 & Nursing programs.

The role involves counselling, lead follow-up, admission conversion, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and students.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Counsel parents and students regarding +2, +3 & Nursing programs.
- Conduct face-to-face counselling sessions.
- Handle counselling through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Conduct Google Meet/video-call counselling.
- Follow up with leads from social media, websites, referrals, schools, and marketing campaigns.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course structure, fees, schedules, and student perks.
- Maintain lead and admission records using CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with centre staff for smooth student onboarding.
- Work towards achieving monthly admission targets.

⭐ REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Odia.
- Confidence in communicating with parents and students.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Google Meet,



MS Office, Google Sheets & WhatsApp.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle both online and offline counselling independently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, customer service, or telecalling will be an added advantage.

- Number of enquiries handled
- Follow-up conversion rate
- Monthly admissions achieved
- Parent satisfaction and counselling quality

SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
