Role

We are looking for a BDM with strong experience in ERP Sales, Educational ERP, SaaS or Enterprise Software Sales to drive high-value institutional business across the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure for Educational ERP / SaaS solutions.
- Develop business through an existing network across Colleges, Universities, Educational Groups and Government Education Institutions.
- Manage high-ticket solutions with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demos, negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and institutional leadership.
- Generate business through own network and institutional connections.
- Maintain sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Travel extensively for client meetings, institutional visits and business development.





Mandatory Requirements ✅ Strong experience in ERP Sales / Educational ERP / SaaS / Enterprise Software Sales

✅ Proven track record of selling high-value solutions with long sales cycles

✅ Solid existing College / University / Educational Institution network

✅ Experience dealing with senior decision-makers and institutional leadership

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, convincing and closing skills

✅ Strong ability to generate business through own network and institutional connections

✅ Willingness to undertake extensive travel

✅ IT / Software / SaaS company experience is mandatory

Preferred

Candidates who have sold multi-module ERP solutions to large educational institutions and have a proven record of closing high-value institutional / government education deals.

Not Suitable

❌ FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Telecom, etc.

❌ Candidates without ERP / SaaS / Enterprise Software sales experience

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
