Key Responsibilities

- Receiving and Inspection:
- Check incoming food, beverage, and dry stock deliveries against Purchase Orders and invoices for exact quantity, quality, pricing, and expiration dates.
- Reject damaged, sub-standard, or unapproved items.
- Perform compulsory weighing and generate Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
- Storage and Organization:
- Apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) rotation methods.
- Organize dry, chilled, and frozen storerooms according to food safety and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines (proper temperatures, humidity, off-floor pallet storage).
- Issue Control:
- Issue raw materials and supplies to the kitchen, bar, or service staff strictly against authorized internal indents or requisitions.
- Monitor portion and recipe-based issue limits to curb kitchen wastage.
- Inventory Management and Auditing:
- Maintain up-to-date physical and digital records using bin cards, ledgers, or inventory software (such as Excel, ERP, or specialized F&B; systems).
- Conduct regular daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Report stock variances, slow-moving items,



and near-expiry goods to management.
- Hygiene and Security:
- Keep storerooms clean, dry, pest-free, and locked against unauthorized access.
- Comply with local health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education:12th, or a Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management, Procurement, or Store Management.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering F&B; store.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Excel) and inventory/ERP software.
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills for tallying invoices, tracking minimum/maximum stock, and calculating variances.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and storage hygiene standards.
- Physical & Personal Traits:
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and organizing heavy boxes (up to 30 lbs or more).
- High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
