We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, manage the team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and retail management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Achieve monthly sales targets and drive store profitability.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including ATV, UPT, conversion rate and ASP.

Lead, train, motivate and develop the store team.

Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.

Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, stock accuracy and shrinkage.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies,



SOPs and operational standards.

Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations effectively.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

3–5 years of experience in retail, preferably with 1–2 years in a managerial role.

Strong team management and leadership skills.

Good understanding of retail KPIs and sales performance.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
