Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead the store team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service while achieving sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

- Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

- Lead, train, motivate, and manage store staff.

- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor inventory, stock levels, replenishment, and stock accuracy.

- Manage visual merchandising and ensure proper product display.

- Handle billing, cash management, and daily store closing procedures.

- Monitor store expenses and minimize operational losses.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.





- Analyze sales and operational reports and take corrective actions.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

- Coordinate with the warehouse, procurement, HR, and management teams.

- Maintain store cleanliness, security, and overall presentation.

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in retail/store management.

- Solid leadership and team-management skills.

- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.

- Ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics.

Pay: ₹25,122.24 - ₹30,059.99 per month
